Gray/green enamel metal mug designed for sublimation printing. The specially coated surface allows sublimation ink to bond with the mug, helping create bright, durable designs that become part of the coated surface rather than sitting only on top of it.

Each mug is supplied in an individual white box.

Care instructions

Hand washing is recommended to help preserve the coating and printed design for as long as possible.

The high-quality polymer coating may withstand dishwasher washing, but repeated dishwasher cycles can gradually affect the finish and print appearance. For best long-term results, wash by hand using a soft sponge and mild detergent.

Sublimation printing

The design should be printed in mirror image on sublimation paper using sublimation ink.

Position the printed design securely against the coated surface and transfer it using a suitable mug or tumbler heat press. Ensure even contact and pressure across the printable area.

Printing temperature, time, and pressure may vary depending on the heat press, heating element, sublimation paper, ink, and other production conditions. We recommend testing the settings before starting larger production runs.
