EuropeMugs offers fast dispatch and convenient delivery across Europe.

• Latvia, Lithuania & Estonia – DPD and Omniva parcel lockers, as well as DPD courier delivery.
• Finland – SmartPosti parcel lockers and DPD courier delivery.
• Other EU countries – DPD courier delivery to available destinations.

Orders can also be collected free of charge from our warehouse in Riga, Latvia, by prior arrangement.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers purchasing online have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless an exception under applicable EU consumer law applies.

To request a return or exchange, contact us at [email protected] or +371 255 44 328. We normally process requests within 1–3 business days.

Returned goods must be securely packed to prevent damage during transport. The customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs.

Refunds are made using the original payment method. We refund the product price and the cost of our standard delivery option. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

We may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of return shipment is provided.

Customers are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

The 14-day withdrawal right may not apply to certain goods, including custom-made or clearly personalised products.

For damaged, defective or incorrect goods, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos where possible.
